    2023 Coaches

Mills Harris is a native of Roanoke, VA and a breaststroker for William & Mary Tribe Swimming. He likes fish tacos, action movies, and watching basketball.

Kat Vanbourgondien is a native of Virginia Beach and swims for W&M. She mainly swims backstroke and sprint freestyle. One cool fact about Kat is that she got to swim with dolphins in Hawaii.

Sophia Heilen is from Haymarket, Virginia and swims for William & Mary. Her favorite stroke is butterfly, and we're excited to have her on board.

We are thrilled to have both of them returning to coach the Manta Rays!
