Meet Day Practices

Practices:

• Be ready behind the block 5 minutes before your practice start time.

Meets:

• Be respectful: trash talk (no tolerance policy) including writing on bodies or signs, NO putting down other teams online.
• WAIT DURING STORMS (please!)
• Make sure relays stay together before the race, organize them behind the coaches for lining up (during the end of butterfly)
• Submit your family’s meet availability by 12am on the Friday before the meet.

• This means that families should let coaches know BEFORE going out of town if they aren’t going to be present at the next meet, lack of communication can lead to issues and scrambling to fill slots in the events.
